Newly renovated, bright one-room apartment (26 m²) with kitchenette and separate bathroom within walking distance of several tram and bus lines as well as Cologne-Ehrenfeld train station. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street on the mezzanine floor of an old building from the nineteenth century. In the front yard - right in front of the apartment - there is also a small terrace with two garden chairs and a small table for exclusive use.

All units are turn-key for tourists or business travelers who are looking for alternatives to the standardized, often impersonal hotel atmosphere. Short-term rental is also available for weekend and family guests, or trade fair exhibitors and visitors. For groups of up to 22 people, we make the whole statthaus available exclusively.

In my small but cozy apartment it is very good to live. The Cologne main station and the Rhine is only 7 minutes walk away and you have everything you need in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, bars, clubs, park, train station, etc.). When I'm not renting out my apartment, I live here myself and feel very comfortable, because you can relax really well, but also have the active city life around you.

Small wooden hut in near the Rhine Self check-in/out

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. It may not be big, but it's definitely enough to spend the night. Unfortunately, the hut is no longer up to date, so please don't expect any luxury 😉. Meticulous people won't be happy here, but individualists definitely will! Remember to bring earplugs, because I have 2 roosters on the property 😉
