This unique space is furnished and guarantees all-encompassing comfort in the heart of Cologne. In the middle of the Cologne clouds. The cozy balcony makes space and time, as well as any fear of heights, disappear. The bar counter separates the kitchenette from the rest of the room. Heides Grüne Hütte is a romantic country house from about 1900 in a secluded location overlooking nature and absolute tranquility. Modern alternates with antique. Outside sauna, Wi-Fi, shower, bathtub, 2 living/bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. A large kitchen-living room with pellet stove makes it cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The house has been historically renovated and in the bathroom you can look at a well.

Studio apartment in the artist's house between D' Dorf and Cologne

Here you have a studio apartment with high ceilings and lots of light. This apartment was renovated in 2019. It is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a steam cleaner before each booking. There are always at least 24 hours between departure and arrival. Dishes and cutlery are cleaned in the dishwasher at 70°C. We are a small family business, live in the house and are very keen to comply with hygiene standards.

Huge, almost 300sqm house, with many possibilities. Almost 250 years old and very nicely restored. Up to 24 people find space here to spend a very good and entertaining time. Billiards table, foosball table, hot tub, sauna, inner courtyard protected from view, grill, sound systems, Bluetooth speaker and for the cooking freaks a well-equipped kitchen with a 90 cm wide, 5-burner gas stove, etc., etc.

Relax in this special and quiet house. Gather strength for your activities or trade fair visits. In two minutes you are at the S-Bahn stop and in 10 minutes by public transport in the old town. 30 minutes to the fair. Not suitable for children under 14 due to a missing railing on the top floor stairs. It is a place where parties and unannounced guests are not tolerated.
