Holiday rentals with beach access in Colorado

This condo rocks, and Lisa was so on top of things when there was a building issue that had nothing to do with her. The space was perfect for our family to home base from as we went on mountain adventures, or to hang out on a lazy day.

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

What an outstanding place to stay! From the excellent host and communication, to the MOST well stocked kitchen (which we use) we've ever been in . . . even things like zester, air fryer, multiple whisks, bowls and pans. 3 fans as well to help with air flow and great, clean furnishings. On top of all of this, the location is absolutely the best if being in the middle of the city is what you are after. Wife and I came and stayed for a week in Mid June and fell in love . . . in all honestly, we spent more time "living" in this airbnb acting like we lived there than probably any place we've ever stayed. Would stay here again a million times over.

Staying at Pamela's home in Evergreen was exactly what we needed. Up the mountain a bit, tons of wildlife and great views. Easy to get wherever we wanted to go (Red Rocks included), clean, and she was very responsive and helpful. I'll stay again.

The incredibly generous owners graciously allowed us to get married here, and it was an absolute dream come true. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and the views from every window were like something out of a postcard. The owners went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and made us feel truly cared for from beginning to end. The lake was pure magic — we experienced the best trout fishing of our lives from the beautiful canoe! We’ll never forget our time here. If you book this place, it’ll be the best stay of your life!

Cute little house 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fold out table in the living room to play board games. Overall a nice place to stay.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

House was great. Had everything we needed including nice linen, pillows, towels and a well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker wouldn’t work so they dropped off a new one that day. Very nice place that we would definitely rent again.

Our stay at Solstice was an unforgettable mountain escape—equal parts luxurious and welcoming. The home was beautifully designed with every amenity we could think of, from plush beds and a fully stocked kitchen to cozy fireplaces and a private hot tub with breathtaking views. We especially enjoyed hiking the extensive trail systems right from the property, with epic views around every turn. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the hospitality from Tina and her team was top-notch—responsive, gracious, and truly heartfelt. If you’re looking for a peaceful, upscale Colorado retreat that feels like a true home away from home, this is it.

Beautiful views! Great place! It was really windy so not much fishing so the beautiful pool table got a lot of attention! It was a 4 men and 3 boys get a way come true! The fireplace didn't work but we had a great time on the patio with the fire pit and grill just telling stories and making new memories! Careful the water is HoT! Would definitely do it again!

It was a nice stay for a weekend ski trip, short walk to the gondola nice view. Douglas was very helpful and responsive.

Me and my friends stayed for the weekend for a little friends getaway. The place was super clean and had no trouble checking in. We had a great time staying there, definitely recommended if your looking for a small space to stay.

We had a great stay at the condo. Checking in was easy, the place was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and nice. We especially loved the shuttle to the Beaver Creek gondola for skiing (pick up and drop off right at the condo elevator doors), and relaxing in the facility's hot tubs/sauna in the evenings! We were also able to easily walk into town (~10-15 min) to get dinner/coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind each day after visiting the shops and restaurants in Frisco and surrounding towns. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek below while watching the hummingbirds fly by and the aspen tree leaves blowing in the wind. It was a very comfortable home away from home with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom with two sinks—a lovely condo that met all our needs. The hosts were always quick with their communication and so kind. From seeing a moose on Main Street a block from the condo on the evening we checked in to the double rainbow over Main Street on our last night, it was a wonderful vacation. We would love to return again in the future and would definitely stay at this same condo. After all, it was our home away from home.

This was a perfect summer location. the fact that it came with kayaks and bikes was clutch. the kids had a great time.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating—we asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and they quickly confirmed that we could check in at 11:30am, which was super helpful and much appreciated. The room itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with interesting pictures and photos that gave it a warm and personal touch. We also really enjoyed the smart home setup—having Alexa available made things even more convenient and added a modern feel to the space. Overall, a comfortable and well-thought-out stay. We’d happily come back again!
