Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Comal County

My friends and I loved this place! It was so beautiful and had so much space for us to do anything! It’s very close to Canyon Lake and it a good distance from New Braunfels! We loved this house

This Is a nice area and house. Very clean and comfortable. Host are quick with responses to questions. I got to town earlier than check in and was allowed to check in early with no problems. I definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay, and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb! Hayley was super accommodating and attempted to resolve any issues we had. The house is a short distance from the downtown area and has a path down to the river. If you want to go in the river, be sure to have some water shoes as the rocks are very slippery entering in.

This house was stunning. The space was perfect for our family and allowed us to host a dinner for 12. The views and amenities were fabulous. We are definitely going to rebook this house in the future.

Trey’s and Laura’s place had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The place was clean and very well taken care of. It has an amazing top porch with a beautiful view to the lake. Check-in and check-out was really smooth and Laura had great communication. She responded promptly to any questions we had & gave us recommendations on places to go. I’d love to be back soon!

Thank you so much for a great stay! Everything was just right and we enjoyed the beautiful views from your large deck. While the place provided excellent space and comfort we would suggest all the light bulbs be replaced in the main areas for maximum lighting and all outdoor ceiling fans working especially during hot summer months. Overall it was fabulous! We would definitely book this place again!

What a view! Ours was a very quick trip, but we’d love to visit again and do some more exploring. We had to pass by some local festivals and farmers markets that looked delightful!

We had a wonderful stay, plenty of great amenities. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the rain the first night we were there, and we loved all of the outdoor spaces! Beautiful property!

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful, quiet location within minutes of Wimberley. The apartment was comfortable and private. We appreciated Terry checking in on us shortly after we arrived and giving us local recommendations. A book with instructions and local information is also available.

I stay in airbnb's often and my stay here was fantastic. The view from the patio is so calming. I didnt get a chance to see the zebras or the kudos but the hummingbirds were delightful. Karen is a great host

We have stayed in dozens of home. This ranks up there in the top 5, but the host is #1. What set him above the rest? I asked for an early check in. He said he would need to get back to me as the previous guest will be checking out the morning we are arriving. He advised that he put a reminder in his phone. Friday morning arrived and I didn’t need to follow up with him, he followed up with me just as he said he would do. That kind of follow through is HUGE! I am very happy with Jay! The place was immaculate, penthouse decor. Picture perfect!

We initially planned for one month but ended up staying three months because of delays and issues in selling our house in Washington and buying our new home in Texas. The ease in lengthening our stay in a comfortable and enjoyable fully furnished apartment was a blessing as we brought little with us while most of our belongings were in storage. And Patricia was immediately responsive to any concerns or questions. We had a great time and the apartment was very conveniently located but secluded. I am a birder and was able to walk to Fischer Park to see beautiful birds and deer!

This place was perfect! It slept 7 of us very comfortably and was perfect for our weekend trip. It’s in a perfect location in town. Very close to downtown but also not far off the interstate. It sits on the Guadalupe and is just a couple of minutes to the Comal. The complex was gated, so it felt very safe! We were extremely happy that we found this place! Kristen was very responsive and extremely easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This house is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We felt comfortable immediately and Kimberley was a fantastic host. If we decide to go back to the area we will definitely try to stay there again.

Great hosts. Great place. Great location. There’s so much do to here and it’s so close to other popular surrounding areas. Didn’t wanna go home. Our family’s 3rd go around at this location with Leavetown as our host and they haven’t disappointed.

First of all, the pictures didn’t do justice, it was amazing and way beautiful in person. The perfect getaway. It was peaceful and the pool was clean and as described! It felt like it was a resort. They have all amenities that you would need for the stay. It was peaceful and private. The Sonos sounds was incredible, never had something like that before. Honestly, FIVE stars is not enough! I would give them more if I could! My pups will miss the roaming around in the grass and they felt like home! We were TRULY impressed! Beautiful home!

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

What a perfect and lovely place right by the river and within walking distance of historic Gruene. We had a great visit!

We booked this place for the privacy and the unique bathrooms and were not disappointed! This place is super secluded with a private pool and spa that overlooks the dry blanco river bed. We hiked thru the ravine and saw deer, lizards and just about every species of migratory bird in the area. The painted buntings were literally singing to us from the trees above the pool, so that alone made the trip for us! We book for nature and privacy and this spot checked all our boxes and then some.
