The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

We had a great day at Jaylin’s apartment. The location couldn’t have been better as we had an event at the convention center, which is directly across the street. The apartment was no frills but comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were clean and a nice way to wind down. Jaylin was super proactive and responsive and the instructions for check in and parking were very clear. Would recommend if you have an event in this area!

The thing I loved most about the place was that the building was clean and quiet, with a private parking garage. The apartment was visually appealing and well-organized, and its location was excellent. The host was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. We loved Tina and Mike’s place so beautiful and perfect for me and my significant other we enjoyed the stay and the place was absolutely peaceful such a great getaway the pool 5 stars pool water was perfect cold the way we like it, the kitchen was nice just didn’t have an oven otherwise the stay was 10/10 ⭐️ me and my wife would definitely be booking again!! Easy instructions and they responded fast to when you need help or questions asked

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at this private suite! The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Being so close to everything made the trip super convenient and relaxing. 20 mins from Long Beach and Redondo beach. Perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the coast and good food. Davi’s place was the most perfect stay for my few days in LA. The apartment was beautiful, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and I felt extremely safe. Walking distance to target was a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again if I return to the LA area. 10/10!!

We had an incredible 10-day stay at Nada’s place. The apartment is perfectly located just outside Little Tokyo, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and local spots within walking distance. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. But what truly made our stay special was Nada herself. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and always available for any questions or help we needed — without ever being intrusive. Her kindness and hospitality made a real difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We can’t recommend Nada’s place highly enough, and we’d absolutely love to stay again if we’re ever back in the area. Thank you again for everything, Nada!

The house was pristine clean, comfortable and luxurious. HUGE washer and dryer, fridge, shower was impeccable, and the bathtub was very large and deep. I would definitely stay here again.

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!
