Condo holiday rentals in Madrid

Lindo apartamento a pocos minutos de paradas de bus y 15 min a pie del metro. Casi todo lo hicimos en bus y estuvo excelente la ubicación. La cama es muy cómoda, el baño es lindo, el apartamento es lindo en general. El único pequeño inconveniente es el ruido, se escucha bastante lo que pasa en el exterior o en el edificio. Pero en la noche es silencioso! Lorenzo fue muy amigable y nos dio recomendaciones de restaurantes. El barrio es seguro y es lindo caminar por ahí. Altamente recomendado!

As mentioned in the description, this apartment is someone’s home. It is decorated beautifully and cared for as if they live there year round. The apartment was perfect for our trip because we were traveling with 2 adult daughters. We stayed in the master bedroom and they each had their own bedroom AND bathroom. The location is close to the metro which we rode constantly and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes to grab and drink and relax. This is a perfect apartment if you’re traveling with a family or multiple friends.

Anton's apartment in Madrid was a perfect location. Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 young adults) really enjoyed the location and found it very walkable to all of the places we wanted to visit. It is on an active street so if you wish to grab a taxi there are plenty passing by. We walked everywhere so did not need one but we did see them around a lot. The apartment was clean and quiet. There is some renovations taking place but we were not disturbed at all and never noticed any noise from it. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable. Anton was flexible and let us drop our luggage off early so we could enjoy the city. This is always helpful when traveling and it was nice that he was willing to work with us on that. We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and in Madrid! Thank you Anton.

Muy buen alojamiento situado a 15 min andando del Wizink Center, así que es genial si vas a un evento. Entramos 4 personas perfectamente porque el sofá cama es enorme. El piso es también muy bonito y sin duda lo recomendaría! Muchas gracias a Paola y Ceci por todo.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

Mi experiencia fue espectacular, muy recomendable. Juan estuvo pendiente a nuestra llegada y nos comunicó cómo entrar en el apartamento. Es fácil llegar al parking y los porteros muy agradables. Muy agradecido por la limpieza y orden del apartamento, muy bonito y romántico si vas en pareja

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Ich habe Alicia nicht persönlich kennengelernt, hatten aber einen guten schriftlichen Kontakt. Sie hat immer umgehend auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Wirklich sehr schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar Kaffeekapsel. Danke für den guten Aufenthalt.

Excelente opción para pasar unos dias en Madrid. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que como esta en el centro de todas las atracciones permite ir caminando muy fácil y rápidamente a ellas. El barrio Chueca es muy divertido y lleno de vitalidad. El departamento es exactamente como está descripto en Airbnb y nos lo entregaron muy limpio. Es muy amplio y luminoso. Techos muy altos. Hecho con materiales nobles que lo hacen muy acogeror. Es MUY cómodo. El anfitrión se comporto muy bien tambien! Recomiendo fuertemente esta opción.

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Solo estuvimos una noche tras asistir a un concierto en el Metropolitano. El apartamento cumplió estupendamente su función, zona tranquila y camas cómodas. Alex muy atento en todo momento. Recomendable

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Apartamento ideal y bien comunicado. Francisco nos envió las instrucciones con tiempo suficiente para planificar nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó detalles útiles. pudimos acceder a la vivienda un poco antes, lo cual es un detalle porque teníamos in evento familiar y nos facilitó la logística. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, muy amable y hospitalidad top. La casa es cómoda para cuatro personas al disponer de sofá cama. Es muy luminoso, la terraza es una maravilla y todo estaba muy limpio. la ropa de cama de algodón y la cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y todo está muy cuidado. Cuenta con pequeños detalles como detergente para lavar ropa, variedad de tes, cafetera tipo nespresso, etc. Dormimos fenomenal, la zona es muy tranquila. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santiago Bernabeu (5min) y a 18min andando de Pza. Castilla. Tiene cerca varias lineas de autobús y metro. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos!!!!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

Laura es con diferencia la host más amable y servicial que he encontrado en Airbnb y esa amabilidad se plasma en los pequeños detalles que están en el apartamento que hacen muy agradable la estancia. Muy pendiente del huésped, ofreciendo siempre recomendaciones útiles para hacer agradable la estancia, estuvo constantemente disponible para ayudar o simplemente ofrecer tips sobre la zona. El apartamento tiene todo lo indispensable para una estancia cómoda de varias días, ademas que está muy bien ubicado. A dos cuadras del edificio se encuentran estaciones de líneas de metro principales y es muy sencillo llegar caminando a lugares emblemáticos como La Almudena, el Palacio Real, la Plaza Mayor o Sol. El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Laura ha sabido cómo aprovechar muy bien el espacio. La conexión a internet es excelente, en caso que se necesite trabajar y se requiera buen ancho de banda.

I had an excellent stay at Jose’s property! From the moment I booked, communication was clear and prompt, and the host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better! The location was perfect.
