Great little studio apartment attached to Emily’s house, very peaceful yet walkable to downtown Wilmington!!! Easy to get to the Hoot and Toot trail, and about a mile from the boat launch/picnic grove at the lake!! Absolutely would recommend and stay again!!

We stay at this place often, and Igor is the best. It’s always clean, comfortable and quiet! Thank you for always going above and beyond!

Beautiful town, lovely space. If you’re a light sleeper earplugs might be helpful- some noise from downstairs

This is a very special place and I’m so happy I finally got to stay here! Laura Ann is so sweet and cool and Tico is a Delight!!! More and more it’s getting rarer and rarer to find places with True Character, places where you feel you’re having a real experience, places that really stay in your mind for the rest of your life, and I’m thankful Laura Ann shares her world with us. The cemetery is also very beautiful and historic and it was a nice bonus to be able to walk around it among all the groundhog guardians. Anyways, I can’t say enough good things and I can’t wait to be back!

The barn was exactly what I needed for a few days away to reset. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could need. Julie is very intentional with the guest experience; the little touches made the stay even more wonderful. The location is perfect for access to everything Great Barrington offers, but you’re a little tucked away on a quiet, peaceful road. I loved the Old Red Barn and would recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

Joe's place is great. tons of space for a great price, and really liked saving money by doing some simple cleanup before leaving.

Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great hot tub! Convenient location for our needs. Very cute! We had 5 adults stay comfortably. Wonderful sound system.

This was one of the most charming and homey stays we have had. It felt just like a home that was ready to move in. So many thoughtful touches. We love the little neighborhood! Neat to be in a round tower-like space.

The carriage house had all the historic charm one could ask for with modern comforts and conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathroom spacious and super clean, and the bed cozy and comfortable. We loved watching the daily farm activities, meeting the cows, and savoring the local goods from the farm store. I wish we had brought less food with us—the farm store was stocked with salad greens, dairy products to your heart’s desire (eat the moon cheese!), preserves, and incredibly delicious sausages. All local, all worth sampling. My husband and I were both able to work remotely with the fast wifi. So glad we stayed here and hoping for a return visit sometime soon!

My husband and I were in the area for my sister’s wedding. We had looked into several different accommodations, and are so glad we chose Trevor and Loreli’s place. Communication was fantastic, Loreli was a wonderful host, the property was beautiful and peaceful, and the loft was welcoming, comfortable, quiet and clean. Added benefits of Dora the (outdoor) cat coming to visit, watching the bees quietly working on the flowers, chickens in the back and we got to watch a bear make his way through the woods. If you enjoy peace and nature, you will love it here!

Visiting for a family wedding and this resort was one of the venues. really beautiful area, clean house with all the amenities (lots of coffee supplies and towels!). very comfortable for our family of 6.

We stayed at Joseph’s apartment for a work trip as an alternative to the hotels in the area, which tend to be run down and expensive. This was a wonderful experience! The apartment is super central and walkable, but not on a Main Street so it feels neighborhood-y and quiet. Plus there’s a charming backyard. It also had everything we needed with a super well-stocked kitchen and very new laundry machines. They are also super nice hosts! Definitely recommended!

We’ve stsyed in many Airbnbs with our kids, and this one is among the best. This place was perfect for families, especially with young kids. The hosts have it well stocked with items to keep babies/kids safe & comfortable—portable cribs, toys, gates, utensils, even the bathroom is fully stocked! These hosts really thought of everything. The location is also excellent—easy drives to all sorts of activities. This place is well worth it!
