Aparthotel holiday rentals in Connecticut River

We had such a great time at Rob&Julia's place. Very good communication, great location, the place was sparkling clean! I will definitely come back again with my family! One of my best experiences

We were trying to find a last minute room at a hotel but all the usual hotels brands were booked and only some "questionable" hotel brands were available. I searched Airbnb and found Siemon's rooms. On the surface the room pictures looked similar to some of the budget hotel offerings, but I decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews. Siemon was helpful and proactive in all communications. When we arrived at the location, it was initially difficult to find the correct doors to enter, but I appreciated the keypad access to the outside door and the room based on a code of my choosing. The room itself was better in person than conveyed in the pictures. I would not call the furnishings luxurious, but they are clean, in excellent condition, and everything you would need for a very reasonable price. The environment was extremely quiet and restaurants are in walking distance. I would gladly stay with Siemon the next time I need a room in the area. Very happy and recommended!

The Depot Inn was quaint and very clean. The room seemed very large compared to a typical hotel room. Very nice and would highly recommend.

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

Rob was terrific with quick responses and support. We loved the place and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The ski out and ski in was a treat.

The unit was located in a Holiday Inn Resort. It had indoor and outdoor swimming, volleyball, movie theater, mini golf, and tennis, among other things, all included in the rental. It was centrally located between Lee, Stockbridge, and Lenox, all within a 5-10 minute drive. The unit was clean and very comfortable, and parking was right in front of the unit. Rod was a great host, always asking if we needed anything and ensuring everything was in order. We will definitely use this place again on our net trip to the Berkshires.

Wonderful 3-bedroom unit in a fantastic location in Portland. We stayed here with our 3 children under 4, and it worked out very well for a family trip. Excellent well-maintained and well-stocked kitchen that was easy to cook in. Extremely clean. Easy space for small kids. Convenient elevator that made luggage transport so much easier. Perfect location that was safe, clean and walkable to everything that Portland has to offer. Minor considerations for those with small kids. There were two exit doors in the unit, locked from the outside, for emergency egress. Both could be opened easily from the inside and one led directly to an outdoor fire escape. Very safe and appreciated, but we had to decide how to make this setup work for toddlers. The washing machine was a combo unit - took a minute to figure out but worked great once we got the hang of it. Overall an absolutely amazing Airbnb. Happy to have stayed there. Great for small kids and families. Would very happily stay again.

It was just what we were looking for in a family vacation spot after the holidays. Everything was clean, worked properly, and was easy to use. There’s lots for kids to do on the property and also lots to do for kids and adults to do in the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was incredible! It was squeaky clean and beautiful! Pictures depict well. Great location in the Old Port with tons of restaurants within a very short walk. Easy taxi/uber from Portland airport. We used "Bob" from Atlantic Limo to drive us to sites and surrounding towns. He was great - would highly recommend. If we return to Portland, we would definitely stay here again!!

Tom was very helpful and communicated instructions well. Space was perfect for a weekend at Tanglewood. Great family geared amenities.

The charming streets around the pristine and safe suite made our visit wonderful. The bakery on the corner! The Mexican burritos! We highly recommend these suites.
