Waterfront holiday rentals in Connecticut River

Loved staying here and having the water right outside, so beautiful. My pup loved running laps around the fenced in yard, will definitely want to come back and stay again when it’s not raining!

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

I had such a wonderful stay here. The airbnb was beautiful, had a great view, it was in a really good location, and as a solo traveler, I felt super safe and had plenty to do.

Our time away at Janet's for our anniversary, fun and R&R was just perfect. The Catskill Mountains are just beautiful and emerald green. We enjoyed local events, restaurants as well as traveling to other towns and areas for outdoors enjoyment, meals and a bit of shopping. Lots of diversity of choices abound. We most definitely would like to return and explore even more of the area. The location of Janet's airbnb was a great homebase to traveling around and exploring each day:)

Our stay here in Newburgh was lovely! This place was well-stocked, very very clean, fabulously eclectic, and spectacularly spacious! We loved having two restrooms and being so close to the river and to Hudson Taco!! As the Host mentions, do carefully consider how much you care about “neighbor noise.” While I brought slippers to kindly observe the “no shoes in the house” rule, the tenants above us rudely did not. We couldn’t hear voices, but the heavy footsteps kept us awake until 1 o’clock in the morning on a weeknight and woke us up at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning. The dog scampering around or crying and whining loudly every time it was left alone in the house was also hard to bear despite our bringing ear plugs. We would 100% stay again if Sarah would kindly have us. We’re sure to have more considerate neighbors next time. Thank you for creating such a lovely space at an affordable rate.

Highly recommend! A few steps out the back door and you are sitting on the dock, on the river....stargazing....all truly perfect for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed kayaking down the river, it was my first time! Totally cannot wait to do this again back home in Tennessee. The home is very clean, perfect location, everything you need and more. Ellie and Tower were quick to respond to our messages.

Immaculate space. Location and views are incredible. Check in was easy, hosts were very communicative and you can tell they put a great deal of energy into their home. They also included fresh eggs from their farm. We were obsessed with it and will definitely rebook.

Jason has a wonderful home right on Bolton Lake. House is very clean, very modern with lot's of ammentities. If you want a nice relaxing lake visit perhaps to visit family in the area (which is what we did) it is perfect. He was always super responsive usually inside of30mins, and getting into the home was a breeze.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The house was clean, cozy, and in a great location (only 20 min away from Manchester). We ended up using the downstairs bedroom because the upstairs bedroom gets pretty hot even with the fans turns on. We also did not use the pond because there was a good amount of algae growing in it.

Very cozy lakehouse with beautiful view. Loved the hottub and even kayaked a bit in the lake :-) Had a great time, would love to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay in one of Pelham’s beautiful suites. Location could not be better; within steps of Thames St. and only a mile walk to First Beach and the start of the Cliff Walk. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Lincoln. Close to so many hiking trails and restaurants are within walking distance. Also has a nice indoor pool and ho tub, plus an onsite laundry room which was really handy.

This was a perfect location for enjoying being in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. You get live music down stairs, a few steps away from the beach, quick walk to downtown/pier. Totally worth it! The condo is beautiful and comfortable.

It was an exceptional stay at Audré's, in contact with nature and close to a beautiful body of water - the cleanliness was immaculate, and beautiful little touches very appreciated (milk, muffins, bread, coffee, etc.) simplified our lives. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back! Thank you Audré :)
