I had a fantastic stay here. Everything was clean and it was a really nice setup. Great location if you want to walk to Oracle Park or Chase Center for a game. The grocery store is 100 feet away. The apartment is secure/safe and super easy to get into. The staff is really nice and helpful. I enjoyed it here!

We needed two rooms and Jim was able to book two rooms. Highly recommend this host. Quick response time and very helpful host.

It’s been a great stay at Chioma’s apartment. I will address a few things which were factually incorrect in another review. The mall is right opposite to listing and is still open. IKEA just opened another mall across the street, with a food court and plenty of restaurants — only 30 seconds away from the apartment. Heater: The apartment is modern with Google Nest — you can adjust the heat or AC to whatever temp you want. I had no issues with the temperature or the speed of the heater. Noise: The room has thick windows to keep the noise out. Some sounds may slip through since you’re in the heart of downtown, but nothing alarming. I slept well and never had my sleep interrupted. Common Amenities (lounge, gym, kitchen): All in the building, easy to access, no need to ask anyone. Chioma was super open, honest, and always quick to communicate. She is very professional and always responds, even though she couldn’t extend my late checkout. She was kind enough to explain it

OMG, so I travel a lot and when I say a lot i mean like it can be more 2 or 3 times for the month sometimes. This has been one of my best stays in a very long time. CLEAN, LOVELY hotel employees , convenient to everywhere I needed to be and good food. Thank you so much.....I WILL BE BACK!!!!!

The Donatello staff was warm and hospitable on every interaction. My wife and I were treated like welcomed guests from the first steps in the door. The room was a very good size by San Francisco standards. it was clean. Everything was at it should be. A small fridge and microwave with plates, glasses and silverware made for easy left overs. The in room dishwasher was a great way to avoid doing dishes. The hotel is one block from Union Square and adjacent to well known 4 Star hotel brand labels. I would stay here over again with pleasure.

The space was perfect for our city trip. There were a lot of walking, but there is also a underground car park for the car. The location made a very good impression on us and we dealt with our 12-month old son felt very safe. We didn't use the swimming pool/hot tub and gym - but everything looked very modern and well maintained.

I loved staying at Club Donatello! Everyone was super hospitable, the turndown service was an added bonus as were the chocolates, the room/space was clean + ample, and I enjoyed a hot tea on their rooftop seating. The beds were sooo comfy + I liked having a robe to lounge around in. If I come back for my conference agin next year, this will be my first choice to stay!

Stayed here for my before wedding preparations and it was amazing. Simply amazing. I’m from the city so I may be biased on ease of location but the Japanese restaurants in the area are delicious and I ate at the same one every day I was there before heading to Maui.

Amazing condo. There is literally no other way to see the Bay Bridge like this, it's absolutely worth the view!! There were also stocked snacks and beautiful flowers 🥰

Beautiful home in a great location, perfect for a group of 5 young women for a couple days! Just know there are many steps in the staircase leading up to it so it may not be accessible for all.

Great location in Pacific Heights. Walking distance to awesome parks, restaurants, coffee. Wonderful spaces in the house. Easy to work remotely. Usually street parking on hill in front. We loved it.

I stayed for 5 days to help my son move to San Francisco. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Just steps away from all the great restaurants in little Italy and Chinatown. And a short walk down the hill to the financial district, embarcadero and downtown. The apartment was clean and easy access. I would definitely recommend.

This was a very cute and clean place to stay! I came for a work event and was happy to call this place home during my stay.

Mini-family reunion, with parts of four families staying under one roof. There were activities to keep kids and adults entertained and busy the entire week, from the paddle boards and boats to billiards and video games. Lots of room downstairs for everyone to gather. Would definitely use the house again for a similar gathering!

Wow... the listing didn't do it justice! The accommodations were first class and plentiful. Kids and adults both had ample spaces and the great room was far enough from bedrooms that everyone had their own privacy. This worked great for our 5 adults and 3 pre-teen kids. Managers were extremely responsive to our feedback and offered to send a maintenance team member even for a few tiny problems - we declined but it was nice that they offered! Kitchen and great room were incredible and made for hanging out (although we would have liked a large TV in the space). Outdoor spaces were also comfy and easy to move between indoor spaces. We will definitely keep this home on our short list when we visit our family in the area again!

What a beautiful home nestled in the Oakland hills! We loved staying in a space that felt cozy and genuine. We had the amenities we needed like plenty of plates, towels, and bedding. This is a 2-bedroom listing with an optional, comfortable Murphy bed in the living room, which we used. The neighborhood has incredible views of the bay and SF, yet is still close driving distance to shops and restaurants (around 10 mins). We enjoyed our stay!

This AB&B did not dissapoint. It was much more spacious in person and can comfortably fit a large group. The hosts were very responsive to inquiries before & after booking and checked in with us to ensure our stay was satisfactory after we arrived. The house was easy to get into & the detailed instructions were very helpful. This house is great for entertaining, with an open floor plan that includes two dining areas, a living room and kitchen with all of the appliances, oversized fridge and freezer and cooking ware/utensils needed to prepare meals. This house has several steps leading from the driveway to the front door & on both floors so as the listing stated, if you or your pets don't like steps, this is not the home for you. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was both beautiful, peaceful & quiet. We enjoyed the scenic views of the golf course and greenery. Overall, this home is light and bright & has all of the amenities to ensure a clean, comfortable stay.

The perfect property for our family of six adults. Lots of space to spread out. Very comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. Well equipped kitchen and modern, comfortable furnishings throughout. A short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking at the property.
