Very positive experience. The apartment is very comfortable, you forget about the car! Quiet place, frequented mostly by families, surrounded by greenery. With a comfortable walk through a pine forest you reach the beach where there is a crystal clear sea. Included in the cost of the apartment you are entitled to an umbrella and two deck chairs both by the sea and in the pool. There are two very clean pools, one with a water slide, the children had a lot of fun and can move quietly on their own inside the property. We had an inconvenience with the pillows that were really low and too soft and others were promptly provided very comfortable. Everything is perfect, the house is equipped with everything you may need and even more! There is also a dishwasher that gives a big hand on vacation! Highly recommended

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

We had an excellent stay at Franceso's! The place was the perfect size for our family of 5. The outdoor area was really nice too. The beach is within a 5 minute walk, however it wasn't the prettiest beach we've ever been to. It was still fun and it was in a great location to visit Tropea and Pizzo. The kids toys were an added benefit.

Just arrived back home from a lovely week at Pizzo Beach Club. James was a very helpful and responsive host. Short drive from the airport. We were greeted by Nerissa, who manages the apartment on James behalf. She showed us to the apartment and was very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a family holiday. A real home from home feel. The roof terrace was amazing! Two lovely pools on site and a restaurant. Would recommend the hire of a car, as supermarkets are a short drive away. Some lovely beaches close by. Pizzo beach club as its own private beach, on which you can watch the sunset. Great location to visit Pizzo and Tropea. Both absolutely beautiful, with beautiful buildings, lovely cafes and restaurants. All in all, we had an amazing holiday and will definitely return soon.
