Chateau Meu: Bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

Villa Venere apartment (75 sqm) located on the ground floor, in Lido Rossello (Scala dei Turchi west) via Venere 56 Realmonte. Just 15 km from Agrigento's Valley of the Temples. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and dressing room with washing machine, veranda overlooking the garden, garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, solarium overlooking the sea with beach access. The beach is free, the seabed is sandy and particularly suitable for children.

Villa completed in 2016. This is located on a small hill and overlooks the entire coast. The view from the house allows you to admire the coast of the Torre Salsa nature reserve on the left, the Bovo Marina beach in the center, and the Eraclea Minoa coast on the right. In short, a breathtaking view. The villa has a large outdoor space with plants and flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub. A private road allows you to get right in front of the house.

The villa with its modern design is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can rest. The villa is built on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large and modern open space with a living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, outside the house overlooking a patio. On the first floor there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two terraces.

The house is on the upper floor of a small villa that slopes down towards the sea consisting of two independent apartments. 30 km from Sciacca and the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento on the Gulf of Eraclea Minoa, in a hilly position but a short distance from the beautiful beach of Bovo Marina, stands a beautiful house-court from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. From the living room window, the view runs from Torre Salsa beach (nature reserve) to Capo Bianco. Bovo Marina beach is not very crowded even in the middle of summer.

We are a family from Bolzano and are delighted to welcome you to our new home. The villa is located on the Costa del Mito, 800 meters from the sea, surrounded by a garden of olive trees in the Torre Salsa nature reserve. The house has a beautiful view of the sea where you can admire spectacular sunsets of different colors every day. Within walking distance is the new Adler Sicilia resort.
