We cannot say enough good things about Zofia’s place! Very clean and organized. Instructions were broken down to the point where we had ZERO questions. This was my partner and I’s first getaway with our 2 1/2 year old. Very toddler friendly! We took lots of walks around the private community, played on the playground and even had a quick drink at the clubhouse. Our kiddo was fighting a fever during our stay so we didn’t get to make it to Storyland or the Aquarium. We were able to drive the Mount Washington Auto Road and that was great! We will be sure to be returning and rebooking AND making it to Storyland/Aquarium for the kiddo. I cannot recommend this location enough!!! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait to return in the very near future

We had a great weekend here! The place is right across from Storyland which was the main purpose of our trip. The unit is just as the pictures depict. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We were traveling with 3 kids under 7 and really enjoyed Mae Kelly’s Cottage for dinner. Would definitely return!

The unit was as described. Easy to find and easy to access. This aunit#1 is the end unit which is right by the gas pumps so lots of traffic, noise but if you are there to ride or aren’t in the unit during the day it’s totally fine. Tim was great when I called and very helpful.

Nice place to stay for the winter and summer

My family stayed there for 5 nights for snowmobiling. This was our second time staying there. We booked again for next year's Feb vacation. My family and kids loved staying there. We played pool every night. The snowmobile trails are right outside the door. The place has plenty of room.

We all really enjoyed our stay - great location with easy access to Bretton Woods ski area, not to mention a view of Mount Washington out the back door. We loved the fact that we could bring our dogs - they loved sleeping in front of the gas fireplace! We were thankful that the surrounding tenants were quiet and respectful. Parking was easy and overflow parking was close to the unit. We appreciated that all linens, TP, paper towels, tissues, soaps, etc. were provided. The unit felt newer, was very clean, and had comfortable cushy furniture. Plenty of DVDs and some games, but could have used more kid-friendly options. We hope to visit again and hopefully next time with more trails open at Bretton Woods! Thank you!

If Franconia NH and its surrounding areas is your destinations, I highly recommend Jennifer's listing, which is the entire floor of a triple decker, and plenty of living room and kitchen spaces for entire family. It is quiet, cozy, but at the same time conveniently located near by the 93 Fwy and next door to Iron Furnace Brewing.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend hiking trip! We had everything we needed, with an especially well-equipped kitchen. Thanks for a great stay, and we'd stay here again in the future!

Alice not only greeted us late at night with their dog UConn, but also took the time to give us a tour of the farm and let us interact with the horses. Directions for how to get to the farm off of the highway and where to park was clear and super helpful. The location itself is amazing, there is a great view of the mountains, and it is a short drive to Lincoln/Franconia. Lastly, the B&B itself has everything you need and is clean. The view from the window with the chairs is the best. My only recommendation would be to call them if you have any issues, as it seems like they don’t check the messages through the app itself frequently.

Jennifer’s place was perfect. It was insanely clean, and me and my friend felt very comfortable. The location was beautiful, and being able to go on the lake with a kayak, or have a fire near the water was super cool. If you want to hike the white mountains, this is the place to be! Definitely coming back.

Ethan’s place was super clean and he was very responsive. The instructions were very clear. If I come to the area again, I will definitely stay here again

Place was in a perfect spot for what we needed, access to the snowmobile trails! Small cozy two bedroom right in the middle of town!

Went for a weekend getaway to do some snowmobiling and the stay was perfect. Sarah was great, very responsive and happy to help with local recommendations to point us in the direction to make our trip go smoothly. The house was setup very nicely with a great view. We will definitely rent here again

Roland is a great host. My husband and I enjoyed chatting with him, made us feel so welcomed, great food at the deli down stairs. Definitely recommend this place. Perfect for us trail riders, short ride to Jericho State Park.

Spacious place in northern New Hampshire with beautiful surroundings and quiet nature. My wife and I booked this place as the base for our leaf peeping adventures in early October. It is an open space concept with a huge living room and kitchen, everything well decorated and stocked. All appliances worked well with amazing entertainment set up with a big-speaker sound system. There is a Roku for streaming which makes it easy. We only used the main bedroom which was very comfortable and also spacious with on-suite bathroom. The property is completely silent when no one's at the property. However, you do hear the steps from upstairs at a very low noise level, not enough to disrupt your stay and certainly not enough to wake us up or keep us from going to sleep. We would 100% recommend this place and hope to be back in the future for our next fall adventures in New England.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! We had a couple great days here and the resort is very well maintained and had some fun extra bonuses like an outdoor pool and hot tub open year round, small pond to ice skate on, and complimentary snow shoe rentals. Our place was clean and comfy, wouldn’t change a thing.

Ace’s condo was great, had a nice view across to the mountain whereas some units did not. He was easy to communicate with as well. Looking forward to next season.

We had a great time at Lorraine's! Our original hiking plans were foiled by bad weather so we were grateful to have access to the pool, hot tub, and games at the main building.

This unit was perfect for a little getaway. You’re at the top of the hill, end of the road, so it’s very quiet. Sunrise was directly ahead with plenty of mountains in view. It was very spacious and the porch was such a nice sitting area to enjoy the sounds of nature. The jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. The bed was taller than I expected, and included a two-step stool to use, but if you have mobility issues or bad knees, you wouldn’t want to be surprised by that. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for a home base during my trip.

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

The condo was exactly as pictured. What stood out to me on first impression was how clean the unit was. There were perfect added touches. Clubhouse staff were very nice and Lani was quick to reply when I had a question.
