Nancy’s home was amazing, we loved everything about it, the home was spotless and in a very convenient location, great amenities 100/100. Did I mention the amazing kitchen. Will definitely be looking for this listing next year for my ski trip.

We absolutely loved this rental - it had plenty of space for our 7 person group (4 adults & 3 kids). Beautiful views from the deck, close drive to lots of different things, extremely clean, comfortable couches & beds, etc. Karen and Rich were so helpful with very detailed recommendations and instructions. We highly recommend and hope to rent this place again in the future!

Great location, close drive to anything you could need. It was perfect for what were visiting for (Storyland, Aquarium, river tubing & shopping). House was exactly as described and very clean. Lots of extra supplies in the house if needed (which we didn't end up needing), which was a nice surprise. The house was bigger than what we needed, but it was a great deal and the location was perfect for us which is why we booked more house than needed. It would be a great place for a big group. I would definitely book again!

Ken and Donna are fantastic host. The condo is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Only steps from Bretton Woods and a short drive from the Mt. Washington hotel there is plenty to do. Ken was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with your family. We had 2 kids under 5 and it worked out wonderfully. The description of the place is accurate, including the fact that there’s an upstairs unit that may be a little noisy if people are heavy footed. It didn’t bother us much since we were out most of the day, but if you’re planning to sleep in bring a noise machine with you. Parking can be a little tough if others don’t adhere to the parking rules. Issues we had were caused by others. The unit was great and clear instructions for everything are provided. We’d definitely love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of friends (three families). The kitchen was well-stocked, and the large dining table made for a memorable Christmas dinner together. The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to the waterpark and Attitash Mountain, and about an hour to Santa’s Village and several other ski resorts. There were also multiple grocery stores conveniently nearby. Overall, the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

Lynn was a great host! She responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. The check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall, a wonderful place... we would stay here again easily!

Came to Franconia for a family ski weekend and had a great stay at Patrick’s. Single floor was great for small children and plenty of space for all. Would stay again!

This condo worked out very well for a weekend get away with friends. It was very clean, well equipped, spacious and only 5 minutes from Bretton Woods Ski Mountain and the Mount Washington Hotel. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We would happily stay there again!

We had a lovely time at FV27 with a nice view of the golf course. Proximity to the Omni was convenient and the location was a perfect launching point for hiking and other activities. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best AirBNB experiences we have ever had. The condo was gorgeous, very clean, and perfect location for skiing just steps away. The hosts were more than accommodating and flexible for special requests. Extremely friendly and responsive. The whole process was simple and made vacationing easy. Our family had an absolute magical time here and made some memories that will last a lifetime.

We stayed with our extended family (7 adults, 3 kids) for thanksgiving week and had a great time. The home has enough space for everyone to spread out, bedrooms were large and the many bathrooms made it comfortable with a big group. George was very helpful throughout our stay, despite being abroad on vacation. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink faucet leaking, but it did not impact the quality of our stay. It was not fixed during our time there, as it ws a holiday week and difficult to find someone to come out - which was understandable. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house is is a great area, especially since we were skiing at Attitash. The house was clean and looked just like the photos. Leah was a great host and was very responsive. Would reccomend.

Great quiet place surrounded by woods and mountains. House was very clean and spacious. The only thing to note is there is no coffee or k-cups for the coffee maker and keurig machine, which would have been nice so you don’t have to bring that. But shampoo and conditioner were supplied.

Lori’s place is located right on the cross country ski trails, which was perfect for our family getaway. It’s very spacious, so kids can spread out. The kitchen and dining area work well for feeding a crowd. The beds are comfortable. I would book again sometime.

Dan’s condo was a perfect place for our entire family to be together for our daughter’s wedding. The home was close to many things to do for the kids plus convenient to all of our pre and post wedding venues . We had plenty of space for cook, dine and socialize as everyone was near by. We had a wonderful, glorious and sunny (finally!) weekend . Thanks Dan!

Great place to stay, very comfortable and VERY well equipped. There are so many things to do and see in this area and the hiking is super. We were so very fortunate to hit the fall colors at there peak not far up the road.

We really enjoyed staying here. The view from the back is amazing, and it is kid friendly with a playground and pool, and right across the street from Storyland... literally, we walked there. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and George was very helpful, responsive & kind. thank you!

Kate's accommodation was ideal for both of our families. With four children and four adults, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The abundance of toys and games for the kids and the popular bunk beds made it a hit! Kate provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The secluded location is perfect, yet conveniently close to all essential amenities. The thoughtful welcome book was a delightful addition, offering great recommendations for dining, nearby attractions, and the host's favorites. We would definitely choose to stay with Kate again. Herbert’s condo is 2 levels with a spacious and bright upstairs living/dining space with a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and full bathrooms on both levels are comfortable with basic needs. Down stairs also has a seating area w TV and games, a great hangout for kids. A great condo for families. Just a 5 min drive to a grocery store and other businesses, like StoryLand and within a 30 min drive you have a number of ski hills not to mention lots of hiking trails. This is a quiet peaceful Bavarian style community with a great view of Mt Washington at the top of the hill. I can highly recommend Herbert and his condo. He is a communicative and friendly host.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb places I've stayed in. It's brand new and extremely well-designed.

Great place! we've stayed at higher priced places in the area and tbh, we were not impressed with those. Walt's place was exactly what we expected at this price point and more! It worked perfectly for our family and kids (3 and 5yo). some steep stairs but our kids were fine, plus there was a baby gate if we had younger kids. toys in basement. comfy beds with a/c unit in each room. great pool and cute playground. kinda wish there was a smart TV with more apps but could at least get on Netflix, wed bring a Chromecast next time. fast wifi! host very responsive and kind. would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Condo was the perfect spot for a short getaway in the White Mountains. The first floor condo overlooks the 1st hole of the Linderhoff Country Club and has great views of the cliff across the Ellis River. The sounds of the river are relaxing while sitting on the sunny patio and listening to the birds. The location is convenient to many hikes, a bunch of good restraunts, a small grocery store, gas stations, and StoryLand. The inside fo Cozy Condo was abosultely relaxing. The furniture was comfy and clean and the bed was firm yet plush with a chioce of pillows. There were plenty of seating options for eating at the dining table or the center island. I liked that there was a drop area near the front entrance so I didn't have to bring my outdoor gear into the condo (shoes, hiking poles, rain gear, knapsack, etc.). There is a stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom. Plenty of storage in the bedroom. The wifi was reliable and fast. Also, the gas fireplace really added to the ambiance.
