Comfortable house for the location next to the sea and very clean. Mrs. Giovanna was very helpful and nice.

We were received in a very friendly manner and stayed at Francesco's Airbnb for a month. It is very suitable for longer stays. The apartment is pleasantly bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to get away from the gray winter in Germany and had beautiful spring weather in San Sostene Marina in March. The scenery and plant world is impressive! And in just five minutes you can reach a large, free parking space on the beach by car. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Marta and Nicodemo are two great hosts! With my partner, we contacted them at the beginning of July and, right away, they were super friendly and professional. They took care of every detail to ensure a great stay at "Conchiglia Blu". Communication was always thorough and quick; the room was impeccable, both for cleanliness and furnishings; surprise, they made us find everything we needed to have breakfast (milk, juices, snacks of various kinds, and so on). Last but not least, a breathtaking view of the sea. The location of the apartment is excellent: "Conchiglia Blu" is located between Squillace Lido and Soverato, as well as a short distance from all the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Aranci (never more than a 10-minute drive). On foot, with a maximum of 2, a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Vasche di Cassiodoro and the beaches of Torrazzo and Bilbò. We'll definitely be back!

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

We were two at Silvio's and enjoyed the stay very much. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was a very friendly host for us, who was always available and who could also help us with the purchase of a property. Pizzo and the surrounding area are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (definitely eat the pistachio Tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

The house was very well kept, let's say new in structure and decor. The highlight for us was the shower, beautiful, large and comfortable, which I don't mind in a seaside with two children. The beach near home was the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the most beautiful beach on the coast. I from Calabrese right in that area, I had never visited it and it was truly a surprise to see this paradise wonder. Finally, the biggest thanks go to Enza. A person of unique kindness and availability. Of those people who truly make you feel the famous hospitality of our southern Italy and in particular our beautiful Calabria which is always a surprise for those who have the desire and curiosity to visit it.
