Joy was easy to communicate with. The condo is small but cute and it was perfect for our family of 4. The AC gets cold so that was a huge plus. The kitchen is stocked. And the beds and pillows were pretty comfy. The indoor & outdoor pools were both nice & clean. We didn’t use the assigned parking space in the garage as it’s quite small but that didn’t bother us. We fished the green lights on the small pier and just enjoyed the peaceful night breeze on the canal. We will definitely book again as our daughter just made the TAMUCC Islander dance team so we will be visiting a lot more often.

We loved our stay at Turtle Haus. If you are just going to be there to sleep, it is perfect. It was not roomy, even for 3 people, BUT, as I mentioned, we were only there to sleep. Some things I would change is that there is a light coming in the two french front doors from the Foyer walk in area. I would definitely put some black out curtains or shades over those two doors (they had blinds but did not do the trick of keeping light out). We also could not find one piece of silverware or even plasticware. Could have been that the last people took it all, but there was not any, any where. Other than that, Rebecca was helpful and very responsive and it was a cute little place.

We just returned from our weekend getaway at this beautiful beachfront Airbnb in Corpus Christi, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the stunning ocean views took our breath away. The beach was just steps away, making it easy for our family to enjoy sun-soaked days of fun. The house itself was immaculate and comfortably furnished, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The open-concept living space was perfect for family gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. We loved the spacious patio , where we spent our evenings watching the sunset and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The location couldn't be better, with nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Our hosts, John and his family were incredibly welcoming and provided clear guidance with excellent recommendations for local activities. Definitely recommend for your family weekend getaway!!

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

This is a nice compact unit very close to USS Lexington. There is enough space to sleep 5-6 adults and a kitchen that has bare essentials. The building itself is okay, and needs more maintenance. There's private access to North Beach and there's a small shower that can be used after visiting the beach. There are two pools which are open from 10A-10P. The hosts are very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was perfect for my little family vacay. Has the beach in the backyard and private access to it! Pools were great! Construction didn't bother us at all.

This was our second year staying in Rockport for Father’s Day. And this house was absolutely perfect for my family. We loved the area it was in and how private it was. We can’t wait to book our next trip here at this house.

Great location, walkable to restaurants and coffee/donuts. Property just as described! The golf cart can get you to the beach in less than five minutes, a huge perk. Quick enough to pop back home if you forgot something. House is nice and cozy and the kitchen is super clean and well stocked. Our daughter and three children loved it. The secondary garage house was comfy with a kitchenette and portable ACs. The shared porch was a big plus, a great gathering spot with large yard. View of palm trees was an added bonus! Neighborhood is in the original Port Aransas area, with many of the homes updated and /or rebuilt. Very quiet area. Be sure to bring all your own beach gear, including beach chairs, the house only provides beach towels. Overall, great stay and we would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The check-in process was smooth, and Ryan was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. We appreciated the peaceful location, It really felt like a home away from home. My friend and I loved our stay at Jordan’s! We’re both original from Corpus, and both lived in the same area so it was nice being back for a short time. We loved sitting in the backyard under the trees! Everything was suitable and comfy and done so renovated so nicely, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Went with Elderly parents and husband. Such a beautiful Paradise!! Loved the private Beach home!! Very modern and cozy.
