With only 50 meters to the water and harbor, 50 meters to Amager Fælled and 2 km to the main train station and Strøget. The apartment is located in new construction, on the ground floor with access to a 12 sqm large terrace, with direct access to a large shared courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished, both in the kitchen and the living room. I've lived there myself for 10 years, and I love this little gem :)

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Update: Facade is fully renovated! No longer construction. Feel like you’re home 🏠

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

One master bedroom with a king-size bed + one open upper-level bedroom (above kitchen) with two foldout chairs (220cmx80cm). The couch can also fit two grownups if necessary. Complete kitchen with Side-by-side refrigerator & Quooker faucet. Bathroom with shower and washer & dryer. Free reserved private parking space in the basement.
