Located 100 meters from the train station of the Trieste-Venice line (2 stops from Trieste Airport) and 3.5 km from the motorway exit. The center with shops, bars and restaurants is 200 meters away.

L’immobile è disposto su due piani e offre camera matrimoniale, camera singola, spazioso soggiorno con comodo divano letto e stanza dedicata ad una culla ivi presente, per una disponibilità totale di 5 posti letto (culla esclusa). L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.
