Each room has retained its characteristics and each has an outlet in a different street. La Magara offers an exclusive experience of history and customs: from food to colors, from silence to the magical atmospheres that the environments offer. If you're looking for a real, quiet, relaxing vacation in a ancient town of Calabria, the house suits your needs. Pietrapaola is an old town, 12 km far from the Ionic sea. Nowdays only 200 people live here. My father renovated the ancient family house: a two floor old Stone house with a gorgeous view on the Calabrian Sea. It's perfect for a couple who is discovering the old tradition of Calabria. Important: The only way to get to our house in Pietrapaola is by car. No public transport or taxi

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
