Beachfront holiday rental in Corniche Beach

Beautiful apartment and stunning location. Private beach was a 4 minute walk with the kids. The beach was empty most days. The pool is amazing with lots of space. Theme parks and mall were a very short taxi ride away. Supermarket and coffee shop outside the building were very handy. The apartment was fully equipped and perfect for our family. Bed were really hard though. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Thank you!

Pearl Plaza.Basic serviced apartment with basic amenities(as described by host as well ).Getting their was little tricky.Check-in was easy.Any problem,contact reception.Reception is open 24-7.We had some issue related to flooded bathroom upon arrival which had been taken care of next day.Internet signals don't work in all of the rooms,although they work fine in the living area.1 parking space is available in the basement.Starbucks,Peet's coffee and perhaps dozens of other food places at walking distance.All in all,it's been pretty good experience.

The place was really strategic. I love the view of the sea. Sleeping with the view of city lights and waking up with the wonderful view of the sea. the view is also one of the famous buildings and tourist destinations in Abu Dhabi. the house was so spacious and 6 of us had a very comfortable stay. The host was so nice and very accommodating. there had been a problem with the door but it was fixed as soon as possible. We enjoyed our stay in UAE and one of the reasons is this accommodation 😊

Great host , very helpful he made me feel welcome straight away, gave me all the informations and instructions for the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy, was exactly like the photos. Great location near Yas Mall , Yas Marina Circuit F1 and Etihad Arena and only few minutes drive to Abu Dhabi center. Nearby is a grocery store and coffee shop. Highly recommended and i hope to come back again soon.

The apartment is spacious, in short walking distance from the Corniche beach. A parking space in the underground garage is a plus. The apartment equipment is Ok but partially older and would benefit from refurbishment.

We had stayed for a whole 8 days and the entire time at Esperenza’s place was nothing short of having a homely feeling along with living at the heart of Abu Dhabi. The place is exactly like described and shown in the pics plus the location is a huge plus. All the prime locations are nearby, plus the corniche beach is just a 10 mins walk away. Along with it the staff is super helpful at the tower. Just one suggestion- kitchen can use a little addition - dishwasher was missing (was a wee bit tedious to clean it manually specially while staying for a long period that too on a holiday) and the stove felt a little slow which made cooking a little slower. Other than that, the amenities- gym, pool etc. are all amazing. Will definitely recommend this place without a doubt and definitely keep it in mind for our next visit. Thank you for making our stay memorable :)

Great place, it was clean and spacious. Perfect for a large group that might occasionally need space from each other to rest and relax. Corniche beach is walk-distance and there's a hypermarket closeby. The security guard is very helpful and nice, he also helped us out with universal charging sockets. The hallway smells kinda weird, this could be because it is after all a residential building where people are cooking, but otherwise the room and everything else is perfect! Thanks.

Our one-night stay was comfortable and straightforward. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and they provided a crib for my baby, which was helpful. The location is convenient, with a Starbucks and grocery stores nearby. Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Stayed for a quick 2-night trip and everything went smoothly. The place was well-equipped and had all the essentials. I recommend it if you just need a place to stay and are looking for something affordable.

Spacious and clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, not far from the beach (10 min walking), many shops and cafes around, felt like we lived surrounded by locals rather than tourists, which was a plus. If I had to mention drawbacks, there is not much of a view from the apartment and the swimming pool is quite small but these didn’t affect our stay much. Overall I would certainly recommend this place!

Esperanza was very friendly and active. The rooms were as descripted and overall the stay was perfect! We stay for around a week with my family and enjoyed a lot. The lights in the kitchen went off and the team came and fix it swiftly. Great Host, Great location, Great Stay!
