Beachfront holiday rental in Corno di Rosazzo

The communication was great, the apartment is easy to find, you just have to know the "passage" between the Viale Dante Alighieri and the beach, then you will find it immediately. The accommodation is very nice, was more than sufficient for 4 people and also the two large balconies were great for shared breakfasts. Unfortunately, the parking lot that you can add to the accommodation was already occupied when we asked, and parking in Grado is rather difficult but we were able to arrange it differently. The apartment is otherwise super equipped (everything for cooking, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. abundantly available), we also had towels and bedding (so we didn't have to take anything with us) - a coffee machine would still be missing! All in all, we felt very comfortable, the apartment is very clean, large and in the center of Grado, yet quiet. We can recommend!

We were traveling on Airbnb for the first time. When we arrived in Marina Julia and contacted Valeria, we were immediately welcomed. Since something had to be repaired in our rented apartment, we first got a replacement apartment in the same house, which was very nice. Moving was not a problem and we were fully reimbursed. The next day, we were able to move. Our apartment was very attractively furnished, clean and had a great view of the sea. Of course, we liked the proximity to the beach very much. We had beautiful days and felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Alessandro is a very nice, very friendly host. He wrote immediately, the apartment was also very easy to find. The apartment itself was great! Just like in the photos, very comfortable beds, the kitchen also very well equipped. The bathrooms were also very clean, large and with everything you need. There were mosquito nets everywhere on the windows, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean and our car also had a nice covered parking space. The view and the location to the beach are unbeatable. We will definitely come back, thank you again for everything!

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

The apartment is simply great, you have everything you need!

We stayed in the apartment for over a week. We were warmly welcomed by Boris and Darinka. They are treasures of people and very helpful. We were surprised with wine, juice for the children, salties and later we got cake and apple strudel. Both can flood you with tips for activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort to stay there pleasantly. Kitchen with microwave, oven and a stove so you could eat in the apartment when you wanted. There is air conditioning, which is very nice. You can do a wash if you want. The pool is clean and is carefully kept tidy by Boris. The view is amazing and you can relax until late at night and enjoy sunset and the stars. The garden is spacious and the yard offers space to park behind the fence. Many nice villages nearby. Dobrovo and Smartno are recommended for a visit. In 45 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast.

We had a wonderful vacation at this place. The complex is well maintained and it is very possible to walk to the beach, restaurant or supermarket. The pool was great- albeit not quite ready yet. A lot has been thought of and we felt very comfortable. We made excursions to Venice, jesolo and caorle- everything worked out very well. Absolute recommendation for vacationers with children (so from 3 years, there is a quite steep staircase within the apartment) or without children. The shutters are worth gold and darken the apartment (especially in the early morning hours) well.

Monika's place is still beautiful and relaxing! As in the previous year, it was wonderful to hear the gentle sound of the sea - without any disturbing noises. The location is perfect: quiet and idyllic right by the apartment, and at the same time you are in the middle of the pedestrian zone with many nice bars and shops in just 2 minutes' walk - there is something for every taste! It is particularly practical that there is now even a private parking space - this makes the journey and the daily commute even more relaxed. Monika was as always very warm, helpful and answered all questions quickly. We felt completely comfortable again and will definitely come back! :)

Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Caterina personally welcomed us and provided us with tips and was always easily accessible during our stay. Your apartment is spacious, well laid out and ideally located. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a large Despar are easily accessible. The apartment has been recently renovated and newly furnished. You can tell from many details that it is used as a private family apartment: washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron may be used. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need in terms of appliances, dishes and basic equipment. The apartment was exceptionally clean. 2 small disadvantages: If the air conditioning and dishwasher ran at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. The neighbors upstairs were often quite noisy even during the night. In summary, the apartment is ideally suited for a family of up to six people. We'll be back for sure!

We arrived very late at night due to travel delays and Alexander met us to show us the apartment. It was everything we imagined. Views were incredible and apartment was very spacious. Bled is like being in Paradise ❣️ Alexander also helped with our luggage which was very much appreciated!

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have had so far. The apartment is just as lovely as it looks in the photos and the view over the Gulf of Trieste is quite beautiful. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Trieste train station and another 5-10 minutes to reach the city centre. It's quite a steep walk back up the hill to the apartment but thankfully there are regular buses that stop just down the road and a day pass on the buses is very cheap. Valentina was an excellent host, always responsive, friendly and very helpful. We would 100% recommend this apartment. Thank you, Valentina!

Nice apartment in the heart of Grado. We could check in late night which was very helpful for us. Jara was very helpful and used to reply in due time. I can recommend this apartment.

We stayed at the Airbnb for a week and it was a good fit for three people. However, there is a very narrow spiral staircase between the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom, where we as young and slim people sometimes struggled. You should definitely keep this in mind when booking. The location could not be better in the old town of Grado and communication with the landlords worked very well! The kitchen is very well equipped, but there are no towels and no bed linen, you have to bring your own. In summary, we liked it very much in the Airbnb and we will be happy to come back! :-)

Maria Grazia and her husband are wonderful people: I was on vacation with friends and we had a great time. The Airbnb matches the photos exactly, it is on the fourth floor and you can easily get there thanks to the elevator. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of items: from dishwashing and kitchen products, to bathroom products, a clothes drying rack, and towels, of which there were many. Due to the heat, I preferred to sleep on the sofa in the evening with the balcony door wide open. It is also great to be able to park the car inside the garden of the building with the appropriate pass; once you leave the building, you have everything you need within a few steps. Lignano Sabbiadoro is really very beautiful: I was there at the same time as Pentecost and I found a lot of fun because of this event, with many Austrians and Germans who came on purpose. If you're on vacation with friends, this Airbnb is the best!
