Beautiful place to stay. The view of the ocean is priceless! It was the perfect place to stay for our little family vacation. I would absolutely choose to stay again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Amazing place! I love love the area and my kids & family enjoyed the view. The rooms were very nice. In my end, I should have did more research as we did not know the beach was contaminated. Unfortunately we couldn’t get in the water due to sewage and contamination issue. Overall it’s a great place but if you have small children that love the beach and going to the water then not really a place to swim. I was just sad as the lifeguards told us it’s not safe to go swim, although I did see surfers in the water. The Host was so sweet and kind. She was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! The host, Doug, is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and spacious, with a great view, great location, tons of empty drawers, shelves, cabinets to unpack everything you want. Use of half a secured garage was key for us as we had very expensive race bikes to work on and store while not riding/training/racing. If you're a casual cyclist there are 4 recreational bikes in the garage for guest use. And boogey boards. Plus a separate covered parking space. And it's reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about this home. Thank you, Doug!

What an awesome stay! From the moment we walked in the door, those views, sounds of the ocean and the amazing craftsmanship of this home. The pictures are exactly how it looks but it’s even better in person. We’ve traveled all over the world and have never stayed at a place that was this well equipped. Out of our 5 1/2 week stay I can honestly say we only ate out a handful of times. The kitchen is great to prepare meals and you won’t find views like this in the area. We loved having our morning coffee, watching the dolphins and surfers, our daily beach and estuary walks but most of all those beautiful sunsets. So many happy memories were made here, lots of laughs and good times. Thanks so much Ted and Kara for sharing your home with us.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

We were in town for a wedding. Even though we spent little time at the apartment, it was very accommodating and well appointed for our trip. Love that area so much. We loved being able to take walks to the beach, parks and dining. Gina was great! Very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed at this townhome for a week and really enjoyed the space. It is less than 10 minute walk to the beach. I love the brightness inside because there are several skylights. Good energy, flow, and open floor plan. The rooms were spacious and it was very easy to speak to the host (we only contacted the host one time). The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need so it was very easy to make ourselves feel at home quickly. Very quiet community! Highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time during our recent stay! Having the sliding glass doors opened and sitting out on the patio with the amazing view was the best part of our stay! The place is compact but has everything you need, not a ton of bathroom privacy FYI, but we made it work. Communication was amazing and lightening quick. We also loved that bike & beach gear rental was included. High walkability to bars, shops, and restaurants! Just book it!

Thanks, we will return to Coronado and hope to find this spot available, it was perfect.

what a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets and walks on the beach. Great way to relax. The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. Thanks again for making our trip much easier.

Great family destination! We were able to enjoy the views of the beach 24/7. Had an excellent stay, with plenty of entertainment for the kids, and ultimately a place to get your beach experience..... Enjoyed 100%

This place is AMAZING! Wa la one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! Hosts were extremely responsive and professional. We had family in town for my daughter’s graduation. They were so thoughtful - set us up with water and snacks and even 2025 graduation napkins! So thoughtful! The place is literally a short block from the ocean - you really can’t beat it! Place was clean - bathrooms were nice! My family loved it - thanks for making it so special and such a nice place for my family to stay!

We had a wonderful time in this home. Our favorite part was the private backyard hot tub. It was spacious and relaxing with beautiful surroundings. The jets were not working which was communicated to us a few days before our trip. Honestly it didn’t matter because it was like our own oasis back there. We loved it. We also loved that we could walk to the beach and everyone was so friendly and willing to take our picture for us. The sunset over the ocean was breathtaking. The only downfalls were that the hot tub was not cleaned before our arrival and the oven was not working but we messaged the host and they sent someone out the next day to clean the hot tub and fix the oven. We understand things happen and they were quick to fix it. After that all was smooth sailing and we truly enjoyed our stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and they provided extra towels when requested which we appreciated. Would recommend staying here.

Great location! Great view! One of the best places to stay on the boardwalk. The sliding glass doors overlooking the Pacific made all the difference. Breathtaking! Customer Service was great with efficient communication. Condo was clean! Due to the condo design, the security of the structure was safe. We didnt have to worry about second story or squatter break-ins. We had a GREAT time!
