Nice Villa in a really nice and Quiet Neighborhood, but will also accommodate your best party!

It’s ~10 minutes from the to be visited places in San Diego: Downtown, San Diego zoo, Balboa park, Coronado beach (the city’s finest beach), USS Midway Museum, SeaWorld ….. It’s with proximity to 5, 805 and 94 freeways. There are two restaurants across the street, a park with picnic area, basketball court, ground tennis court and soccer field. The house has free parking on premises (one in garage and two outside)
