Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. With a private entrance, free parking in the drive and a lush garden all to yourselves this is the ideal place to stay. (NO PARTIES)

It boasts two bedrooms, each with spacious ensuite. The home is located between Haymarket and Murrayfield, 1 mile from Edinburgh city centre with great transport links into the city centre and to the airport. You could not find a more beautiful and well recommended home to stay in for your visit to Edinburgh.

Nearby bustop, you will be in the city-centre in 30 minutes. Airport is about 15 minutes away by car/taxi or bus and tram. .

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home. Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.
