In 15 minuti possiamo raggiungere Lucca e poco dopo Pisa e la Versilia. In 40 minuti si arriva a Firenze....e poi Siena, Poggibonsi, Volterra, San Gimignano. A 300 mt passa la Via Francigena. The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden loft with a single bed.

Located on the second floor, it is proposed a flat in the centre of Chiesina Uzzanese, a little town in the middle of Tuscany. Optimal to visit nearby cities such as Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and Florence (approx. 30 min), reachable thanks to the adjacent A11 highway. Finally, although the town is small, you can find very good restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling typical Tuscan products. The car park is public and free.
