With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Staying here means living in history. This apartment is over 300 years old. My grandmother Maria lived there. Living in the mountains isn't easy. The spaces are different from what we are used to, the low ceilings, the narrow and steep stairs. The rooms struggle to warm up. But the charm is unique. CAUTION: From September to June, it may be necessary to light the stove. Bags of pellets are available, which WILL BE COUNTED and PAID FOR AT DEPARTURE AT COST PRICE.

Detached house with garden "Fusina"

1500s building that before it was renovated was a fusina, a small foundry with molds in the earth, the floor did not exist. We've tried to make your stay comfortable, but still have your identity. The upper floor entrance is a minimum of flexibility. When you get there, you can stand in the central part, and the windowed area allows a beautiful view of the mountains. Pets and children under 8 years of age are NOT allowed (see safety staircase)
