The property, equipped with private parking, garden with terrace equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, deck chairs, barbecue, WIFI, laundry point, is close to the beach and attractions.

Adelasia is a lovely house with quality furnishing. It's located in a prime location, with exclusive acces to the beach(great for family with kids). Perfect of a fun and regenerating holiday with your family. The house has a Kitchen completely furnished with dishwasher, living room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, service room with washing machine and a big fridge/freezer, private balcony, double bedroom and double bedroom with single beds.

View and access to a well-shaded common garden to the east. Large rocking chair, hammocks and heated hot tub (€15/h) make your stay very pleasant and relaxing. Available for rent (€20/day) are 2 very efficient and fun pedal-assisted electric bikes.

My accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center, a few meters: pharmacy, a tobacco bar, food, restaurant, church and museum, scenic and tourist spots, bus stop. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: this is the place to spend a holiday AGB teach relaxation, the coast is about 10 km. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers

The mini apartments are located in an autonomous building in the center of the Lido district of the city of Catanzaro, in August 2017 they were completely renovated and inside you will find everything for your stay. The sea is reachable on foot. It is about 500 meters from the mini.
