A nice complete house with luxury finishes and a few steps from the most exclusive beaches, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and bathroom each, living room, dining room, kitchen, roof garden pool (shared with only 3 houses, which are commonly empty), a parking space, well located 2 km from the airport, 150 m from the beach (you can walk) and from the Mayan and Princess complexes. 800 meters from the island, without traffic, commercial stores 2 minutes away. And OXXO on the corner. Includes one towel per bathroom and its consumables

Excellent location a few meters from the beach Caletilla, in the traditional Acapulco, 5 minutes from the ravine, 10 minutes from shopping centers. 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, ocean view, shared pool. 100% family. Entire Apartment in Caleta Beach with Great view. 3 bredrooms, 3 full size beds. Bedrooms have AC. Very Clean and nice design. Pool, and beach is right across the street. We're reopening, and we look forward to seeing you! Enjoy our pool and private beach access. Perfect for vacations or home office! Balcony with an incredible view of the bay. WiFi in the apartment and common areas. Smart TV ready for Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Workspace in the room to read or work with your laptop/tablet. The apartment is in excellent condition. Although the condominium is being remodeled due to Hurricane Otis, everything is functional.

Beautiful Condominium very well cared for, comfortable, in the Golden area of Acapulco. Nice for a family who wants to enjoy their vacation, it has 3 bedrooms, A/C, pool in common area, a parking spot, Excellent location 10 minutes from the beach, La Costera M. Luxurious, modern and spacious apartment by the sea with a spectacular view of the bay. The condominium has direct access to the beach, a pool area with a garden, free WiFi in common areas, a sundeck, and a private beach! A relaxed and family atmosphere, 24-hour security, and very friendly and efficient staff. Great location, steps away from the golf club, lots of restaurant options and a supermarket nearby. Enjoy Acapulco from above! 🏖️✨ Newly renovated apartment right on the famous Costera Miguel Alemán, just steps away from Playa Condesa. Important note: Due to ongoing restoration work after Hurricane Otis (2023), the building currently only has the service elevator available, which requires going up and down a few steps.
