Beachfront holiday rental in Costa Blanca

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

It's a perfect apartment for a plan like ours (a 5-day couple's getaway). The beach next door, the tram too, good restaurants and the center of Alicante about 15 minutes by tram. The apartment is small, but you don't miss anything. Not a single noise at night. Communication with Rubén was excellent, by phone he informed me of everything at the time, and he even took care of booking the taxi to the airport. Perfect stay, we will return for the apartment, the host and the beach, which is spectacular

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Maria’s properties in Moraira and we weren’t disappointed! The villa itself was lovely, well equipped, comfy furnishings and plenty of sunshine around the pool area with a fabulous shade space too. There were a couple of niggles upon arrival which Maria promptly fixed (delivered a new coffee machine and fixed the doors!). Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we were incredibly grateful at how responsive she was. The villa is well located, within walking distance of both the beach and the many restaurants in the town. We had a fabulous time and thank you to Maria for being such a fabulous host. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was perfect for us. A little bit of paradise. So many birds singing at dawn, lush plants and flowers, a beach for swimming in five minute walk. The pool at the house is fantastic. Totally lovely hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you could possibly need: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and more. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting us with anything we needed throughout our stay. We truly felt welcome and comfortable. We will definitely come back every time we get the chance!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.

An amazing stay in an amazing location. The villa was beautiful and relaxing and the view is 10/10. It was spotless clean and the check in was very smooth with a very friendly and kind host. Communication was very responsive. For guests wanting to stay, a heads up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as well as basic ingredients for cooking like oil. An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!

Very nice, newly renovated apartment in an excellent location. The apartment is very well equipped, with all the details that make it easier for the guest. Penélope is a very friendly hostess who thoughtfully organizes guests' stays and is easily accessible.

Great stay at Villa Louisa. We had travel issues and arrived around 1am the following day instead of 10am the day we were meant to arrive. No issues checking in so late and very well communicated on how to get in the villa. Very accommodating with requests for our arrival, with heating the pool prior to arrival, Cot/high chair, towels etc. We had a great stay, very clean and everyone thought it was a top villa! Will certainly be back and using the team for future bookings.

The apartment in El Campello is modern, light and very well equipped. Whilst it felt like an expanded studio, it was well laid out, had all the perfect design cues and super functional. The hosts provided a beach umbrella and a car parking space that was underground in an electric gated parking area. Access to the beach is a short walk under the tram line, right onto the board walk. The closest supermarket is a short 6-7 minutes walk and well stocked. It really felt like we were in a hotel, especially with the infinity pool and gym. The hosts were responsive and helpful too. The view from the bed of the sea is priceless! A strong recommend.
