It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.
