Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Costa Cálida

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It was especially nice to have board games that we played in the evening. The view from the window was simply incredible, it was nice to work and look out the window and in the evening watch the sunset. There are good restaurants and a shop within walking distance. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope that we will be able to return to this accommodation again on our next trip.

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

Agustín was very kind at all times. The house is great, everything new and nicely decorated. The super comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Definitely 100% recommended. It is also in the center of the city where you have access to everything.

wonderful experience I don't usually leave long reviews, but what I experienced this weekend at Mikele's house deserves it. From the first moment, not only did he open the door of his house, but he made us feel as if we were in our own. The way they welcomed us, their attention, their closeness... it's not something you find easily. Mikele is not just a host, he is the host. The house, beautiful, lovingly cared for, full of details that speak of someone who puts their heart into everything they do. Every corner invites you to rest, enjoy, and disconnect. But beyond the beauty of the place, what really makes the difference is him: his treatment, his way of being, his generosity. We leave with the feeling of having found a special place... and an even more special person. Thank you, Mikele. We'll be back, no doubt. Felix is a really good host. Very easy to deal with. The property is ideally located. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable.

The location on Benidorm beach couldn't be better. Very nice apartment with easy access to the beach. Also a great garage if you have a car. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom while sleeping which is such a nice thing to enjoy on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, and they leave things like salt and olive oil for guest use. Plus plenty of toilet paper, washing machine tablets, and towels. The only negative was they accused us of loosing / taking one of the community blue bands. Which was very strange. We received two, and we left two. It was eventually resolved, but we still felt quite bad about the accusation.

We so enjoyed our stay. Esther is an amazing host and quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. There are even beach towels you can use which is a nice touch. Location is excellent: minutes to the beach, restaurants, groceries and various museums, etc. We walked from the train station to the apartment. Public transportation is excellent to get around the city. The airport bus is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend Esther's place.

Apartment in good and secure location , easy to get to the beach or the strip with clubs and bars in the evening Supermarket nearby with everything you need , water park close , we walked to the park and back . Check in was flexible and arranged for us an early check in to drop the bags earlier as our flight was in the morning To find the apartment was a bit tricky as after you pass the gate you don't know were to go , we waited until the cohost came down to get us . Unfortunately Sandrine wasn't available on the day but was all sorted at the end . I highly recomand this apartment

Very nice place, good surroundings

The house was amazing, so homely and comfortable. We had a struggle when we lost the key, but Magda arrived in the morning to let us back in. Furthermore, her dad drove us to the town nearby to make our train ! Lovely people and lovely home.

Just back from a great 2 week stay at Casa Pap. Great Villa and amazing pool. The views of the mountains are spectacular. Great communication from Steve throughout who made the whole process very simple.

My friends and I spent a pleasant and comfortable vacation, to the sandy beach and the sea about 350 mm, a short distance of at least two very good restaurants, a shop 50 meters away ( shops are open 7 days a week), very comfortable with privacy, which is not a problem in Torevieja due to the abundance of accommodation and apartments, the host is nice and helpful, in general with a clear conscience I can recommend

We had a fantastic time at Daniel Y Marcela’s house. Quiet, peaceful area close to everything, 1-2 minutes by car to the beach and as far as shops (Lidl, etc), restaurants are just around the corner. Everything was perfect, if we get the chance we will definitely return.

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

The place is perfect for two people. It is just as seen in the photos. Very good location a few minutes to visit him wonderful village of Mojacar. Borislaba is a very attentive person and gives you a lot of ease when accessing the accommodation.

Accommodation with all amenities, perfect, as advertised. The area is perfect for my needs. Definitely repeat.

Outdoor: • On the façade to the beach, lots of traffic and people day and… night. In the back a hotel crowded by young people. • Great views. • Spacious terrace. • The terrace has a pile with a faucet that is not practical for what it splashes. • The PVC locksmith, especially the shutters, does not fit perfectly but they are a good acoustic insulator. • The perfect pool in terms of cleanliness, temperature and low occupancy. Indoor: • Spacious and with lots of light. • Indoor bathrooms and with natural light by skylight that surprises. • Well equipped kitchen, American refrigerator and many small appliances. • Prefect air conditioner. • Large car garage space Cleaning: Clean in general although a couple of details have lowered the note, considering the cost of cleaning is 150€. (with pet but amount I have never paid) • Shower head and toilet interior with dirt. (I have photos) SUMMARY: Caro but recommended.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

I already knew the urbanization, Sylvie's apartment is the one we've been best, also the most expensive. Take great care of the details and thank you.

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
