Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Costa Cálida

Reception was closed when we got there but Carlos turned up with the keys very quickly. He was very helpful and patient with our Spanish. Unfortunately the pool was under repair but we were kept informed of progress. When the pool was open again we found it a great place to swim and meet other guests. The pool is chlorine free which was lovely. We were a group of 3 ladies, there for my birthday and we had a great stay.

Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

The property was very clean and easy to find, with clear and helpful instructions provided. Check-in was incredibly flexible, which made the whole arrival process stress-free. The hostess was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. A genuinely great experience from start to finish and so peaceful!

It is a highly recommended apartment. It's as if you were in a hotel but with a casa particular. We had a really nice time. The pool is fantastic.

very flexible and accommodating

We travel by motorcycle, this house is perfect for a peaceful stop. You absolutely have to be driven. The accommodation is very good, you will not want for anything, pleasant garden with swimming pool…. I recommend it without a problem.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

A nice surprise this place. In the heart of Alicante Easy access The entrance to the building and the common areas are in the air of time, the New York lobby The basement with its laundry/dryer area remains very convenient especially when traveling a baby like me. As for the accommodation, it is very modern well arranged. All baby amenities are present, a real plus (crib, high chair and bathtub) Beautiful window doors, beautiful volumes Neither too small nor too big Everything was new, clean and functional which is rare to find especially in Alicante (center) Bed is comfy The spacious and convenient bathroom (even for people with reduced mobility) the shower head in the toilet. The cherry is the place, everything is nearby, very hectic street during the day and in the evening we completely forget that we are in the center. Thanks to Dmitry who was kind and responsive. I will definitely be back. Thanks again

We had a great stay in Torrevieja. The apartment was superb, clean, quiet, with a great view of the sea. Konstantin was excellent to deal with, collecting us from the airport, stopping at the supermarket so we could get groceries, and giving us helpful advice. We will definitely be back and will be very happy to deal with Konstantin again.

It was a fantastic stay😊 We highly recommend this home. The place was perfect for us, and in the middle of the city center, a short distance to the beach and all the restaurants. We will definitely come again.

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!

Rory is a super host. The accommodation is just prima. everything is present, large kitchen and a super nicely decorated bar and large terrace. he is currently renovating, but be sure that the rooms will look even better in the future. You feel well at home and well worth a visit. Vera is beautifully central and you have a great base to the beautiful beaches and nice places such as villaricos (Sunday market) , garrucha (Friday market) and mojacar many chirinquitos especially in weekend live music. further alquilas and san juan de terreros worth visiting.

Rory is a very welcoming man who makes his home completely available! Very correct and helpful! Also a cozy and social personality that makes it fun to chat with. Being in someone's house is a matter of trust, and he certainly gives you that feeling. You could grab a nice drink yourself at the(honest bar) itself, for a small price. The room where we slept was clean and tidy, bed slept wonderfully. Bathroom and toilet clean and tidy. Tea coffee was also there for use. In short, in our short stay 2 nights it was more than worth it, also from a price point of view. We really look back on a nice stay and not to forget to meet with a beautiful person👍 (and the welcome drink is highly recommended!)
