Condo holiday rentals in Costa Cálida

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Nothing to reproach. The house was in perfect condition, as it appeared in the photos, and Claudio was very attentive whenever I needed it. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the beach as indicated in the description, and the area is very quiet, there is no one who can bother you. It was a real success to have spent 5 days there and very grateful with Claudio's phenomenal treatment.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

Lovely apartment in a good location . Very well equipped kitchen for eating in , good Wi-Fi and TV. Close to the beach , 20minute walk to Vera Playa for drinks and restaurants, car or bus to Garrucha . Well kept , peaceful urbanisation with two beautiful swimming pools . Great solarium with views of the sunset and surrounding area.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Amazing place and view , the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The sunrises are gorgeous with a view directly from the bedroom bed. The host is caring and available all the time. The place , price and quality are perfect . The case when reality exceeded expectations . Convenient area in terms of transport links to the center and the airport . Wide beaches and wonderful sand . I would come back here again. I highly recommend !))))

We loved our vacation at Paco's apartment. He is a very attentive and kind host. He provided us with everything we requested and more during our stay. Paco is a super host, both the preview and during the trip has been a super attentive person, he recommended us where we could go in every aspect, I hope there were this type of hosts in all places, it also offers you a flexibility of both entrance and departure, super recommended accommodation.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.
