Clean & basic but nice place, kitchen has everything you need ( except salt&pepper ) :-) In the late afternoon the terrace is in full sun, which is nice to enjoy a glass of wine. Also you can sit there and be save from wind. ( if west). Wifi was good. Communication with Nuria was easy and friendly. Thanks, I will come back!

Really great accommodation that offers everything you need. We were there with our 11-month-old daughter and were completely satisfied. Our highlights: peace, cleanliness, comfortable beds, accessibility of the hosts, equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine, blackout options, barrier-free access, pool and construction site opposite (which was of course a highlight for our daughter and never bothered us at any time). Gladly again!

The place of Cristina and Conrado was stunning! The apartment was a paradise and the only ugly thing is when you have to leave it! The location is great since is located in the middle of the eastern coast of the island. Very close also to super stores and the airport which of course can cause sometimes to hear the planes but is just a quick thing. Can only reccomend!

Great apartment with perfect location just by the beach. Stunning views from the terrace and living room. Both Amanay and Marisa were quick and accommodating. We would gladly return.

Hello Aleksandra and Joana, We felt very comfortable in your apartment. The apartment complex was quiet and well-maintained. The path to the promenade and the beach was about a 3-minute walk - that was very nice. It was also only about a 5-minute walk to the village center and the supermarket. We liked the fact that it was quiet and manageable in the village. From Tarajalejo we got well by car to the southern places and neighboring towns. Luc flat is in a convenient position. He had send us a little video to reach the flat which was very useful as all the flats look similar. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, having our meals, watching sunsets. Cooking was easy. The bedroom in the back is quiet. The bathroom could do with some attention. The beach is 2/3mn walk.,easy. Food shop is 5mn walk. Parking the car in the back street was convenient. A pleasant stay in Morro Jable

I highly recommend checking in to everyone! Nice and very positive Host, perfect contact, we got a lot of recommendations on what to see on the island , where to do local shopping or where to eat dinner . The owner immediately responds to messages and the apartment is located in an exceptionally picturesque location . An apartment perfectly adapted for a family with a child - the kitchenette is perfectly equipped, preparing breakfast or lunch is very comfortable. The apartment is clean and well-maintained and modernly decorated. I recommend with all my heart !!!!!

Could not recommend Irina's airbnb more! We were met by Irina's husband at check in, they allowed us to check in an hour early which was so helpful. The apartment was spotless and smelt so fresh and clean, everything you would need is in there including beach towels and chairs. Location wise it is less than 10 minutes to the beach and great restaurants making our stay so relaxed and laid back, and for the price compared to hotels in the area this was a steal. My only comment is there is no built in AC, there are some fans in the apartment. For us visiting in the end of May this was fine as the apartment keeps cool, but I don't know how it would be in the middle of summer. Wonderful stay regardless!

Beautiful stay! The view is wonderful, the house is really nice and with all the comforts. Daniela was very kind and welcoming (much appreciated the welcome beers in the fridge - and the fridge bag for the beach!). El Cotillo is a special place and the house's location is perfect. Hope we can come back soon!

Laura's apartment is a true gem! Lovingly furnished, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean, it offers everything for short or long stays: spacious rooms, coziness, peace, privacy, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, hi-speed WiFi, smart TV, super comfy beds, sofas, lounge furniture, and plenty of storage space. I felt instantly welcome and at home! The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly too. The huge roof terrace is an absolute dream! Perfect for working, eating, relaxing, or hanging out with priceless panoramic views of Lanzarote, Lobos Island, the harbor, and even the dunes! Wonderful peaceful location, yet just 3 min. walk to restaurants & cafés at the picturesque harbor or to the HyperDino, and 5 minutes to the first beach. Laura is such a sweetheart! Always available and helpful: the perfect host! Valerio on-site is fantastic too: reliable, responsive, friendly, and highly professional. Absolutely TOP recommendation! 💜 I love it & I'll be back ASAP!

Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

Very quiet and relaxing environment. The pool and other equipment was very good and well adapted!!! The accommodation was very clean and everything was available, nothing to say about hygiene. The host was responsive and gave us advice on a lot of things

We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

Nice flat with great views and amenities, exactly as described in the listing! The two pools were lovely. Mattress on the bed was on the harder side, but apart from this great stay!
