Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

On the terrace there is a brick barbecue, sun loungers and umbrella, the large private pool and an outdoor shower.
