Quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Heating, A/C and WIFI throughout the unit. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families (with children).

Our house is also equipped with a beautiful outdoor kitchen in summer and a sauna for the winter months. Note on pool heating: The pool is heated to around 24 degrees in the winter months. 4 Star **** Guest Room in a Gorgeous rustic chalet with holiday rental license. Only just a few min away from the many beaches ,mountains and fantastic Calvia coast life. Located on a little hill in a very quite and peaceful little village with a stunning view over the mountains of Costa de la Calma. Private entrance /parking/ private sunny terrace/ kids play area and use of pool and gardens for a super price!:)
