Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. Due to the situation, the car is not essential as there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you to Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.
