Summer apartment w/swimming pool nearby the beach

Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

Casa Ola, newly refurbished in Costa Teguise

Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.

There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away with buses running to Arrecife Capital, meaning that one can get by without an auto; if you do want to rent one, there is a free parking space in front of the house.

Guayarmina is an approx. 90m2 house with a very sunny independent garden where you can have breakfast and eat outside; there is also a hammock to take a nap. It is located in a small development and with a quiet pool where you can bathe all year round(it is not heated ) It is located in a very quiet resident area away from hotel areas but very close to the beach and supermarkets (5 minute walk)
