Beachfront holiday rental in Côte d'Amour

Functional accommodation, ideal location near a forest and a very nice beach. I was on a business trip and it was very reassuring to have Fabrice and Gäetane nearby. Being able to park easily was a big plus because it saved time. I also enjoyed the terrace and the fact that there was no one opposite. Attentive and very discreet hosts.

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

Thank you for the very pleasant welcome at the TOP. Great apartment, very well located even if it is not facing the sea (we even preferred it) given the beautiful weather we had, we did not get too hot and we were able to enjoy the terrace from breakfast in the sun. The accommodation is very quiet inside. All shops are within walking distance (market, bakery, restaurants...) In any case, thank you Gildas!!!

Very charming and atypical accommodation as advertised, and really micro house, ideal for a night, for a stop on our bike circuit. We were able to enjoy the small courtyard well sheltered from the wind.

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

We had a great stay for a long weekend (family with 2 children). The studio is convenient to access, well-equipped, pleasantly furnished and decorated, the bedding is comfortable. Great pleasure to have sea view and direct access to the beaches. The schedules were quite broad, which allowed us to make the most of it. Thank you Marielle for your hospitality and your rental!

Frank and Céline respond very quickly to messages. The little house is like new, very well maintained, clean, well equipped. We enjoyed the small enclosed garden, with its terrace, table and 4 chairs and the electric awning. The decoration of the house is in very good taste and beautiful materials (like new). The large swimming pool of the residence is just in front of the entrance door. We couldn't enjoy it (opening on 06/15), but the water was already at 15°C. We would recommend this airbnb unreservedly. Maybe another day.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. Beautiful sea view with large terrace and deckchairs. 50 m from the beach, ideal! And very close to shops, perfect! However, no wifi in the residence… what a shame!

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. We will not fail to call on him again if we pass through this beautiful region.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

Our stay in Piriac was very pleasant, largely thanks to our stay at Jerome's. Her house is beautiful, clean and well-equipped and it is ideally located. It offers an exceptional view of the ocean, so close, at the end of the garden. The village center, with its market, shops and many restaurants, is within walking distance, a few minutes away, along the port. Jérôme is a very welcoming person, good advice for addresses and was easily reachable to answer our questions. We would recommend this listing!

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Apartment with a great view from a large balcony. Exit-link to the beach. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops.. if you are used to sleeping widely, the double beds may show up in narrowlets, but in France this is a common occurrence:)

Great location with walking distance to market, bakery and restaurant. keep in mind, it is on the small size, but perfect for the 2 of us. Will rent again.
