Very good apartment! Pleasant, consistent with the photos. Easy to access and close to the sea, the location is ideal if you want to enjoy a car-free stay. Easy communication with Laetitia and flexible schedules.

Valerie's apartment is very well appointed and well-equipped in a good location. Shops and golf activities nearby. Private car park and terrace with enclosed garden. We had a great time feeling like we were at home. We recommend it and even rent it again if we want to come back to Pornic

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

Great romantic weekend in Marion and Jean Marie's accommodation. Go without a second thought! Marion was super welcoming (despite our late arrival!). The accommodation perfectly matches the description, very well thought out, arranged, decorated... The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities, a walking path and the sea. It is very pleasant to live in, bright. The house is very well equipped. The garden is nice. The exchanges were fluid and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice, well decorated and well-equipped house and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING. Sainte Marie is an adorable village. The coastal path that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful week at Carole's beach house. A pleasantly furnished house, a quiet neighborhood, a spacious terrace and veranda with a view of the sea, the beach less than 100m away: that was real luxury for us! It was also wonderful to sleep in good beds and with blackout shutters. Also safe with children: through the garden gate, you walk over a dune directly to the beach (there is also material to search for oysters and shellfish). Top holiday, so a must! Ben & Ingrid

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and especially very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and we're still happy.
