Les Perrières Guest House

"Maison d'hôtes des Perrières" is a townhouse, in the middle of a 1500 m2 garden, and has seven main rooms. On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room. The floor is accessed by a staircase leading to the library (dual-aspect room) and then a corridor serves the three bedrooms and the bathroom. All over 150 m2. The "Chateau" is a Maison de Maitre built in 1874, located close to the Route des Grands Vin, 25 km from Beaune, and close to Auxey-Duresses, Pommard and Meursault. It was named the "Chateau" in the 19th century by the inhabitants of the municipality of Val-Mont. Closed by an enclosure wall, the Maison de Maitre is located in a one-hectare park, a real setting of nature where you can admire squirrels and peacocks in complete freedom.
