Il offre un espace de 42 m², est constitué d'une partie salon avec canapé et fauteuil, d'un coin cuisine (frigo, four, gazinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle), d'une partie chambre et d'une salle de bain avec douche (vient d’être refaite) et sanitaire. Terrasse couverte de 20 m² avec vue à 180 degrés. Stationnement véhicule gratuit.
