The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.

The bike paths in the area are very well developed and invite you to get to know Lusatia with many other lakes.
