Spacious and bright accommodation, well decorated, pleasant and very clean

I spent 3 days in Patrice's apartment on the occasion of a business trip. The accommodation was perfect and matched the listing. I was able to feel at home and have everything I needed. The WiFi connection worked very well for work. Patrice was a very welcoming host. Check-in is autonomous with a key box but Patrice does not hesitate to communicate by message so that we feel welcome. The location is also very good, in a quiet street at the back of the building's courtyard but a 5-minute walk from the city center and everything you need (restaurants, shops, bakery). There is also a beautiful park 15 min walk, ideal for walking or running. I recommend it without hesitating this place!

Very cool place in a great location with lovely hosts. The apartment is well-appointed and nicely decorated and has everything you need to make yourself at home, or you can easily walk to many markets and cafes. We loved the big park right by the house for walks with our dog, and enjoying a book on the balconies. Couple things to note: the stairs to the bedrooms are rather narrow and steep. It also appears someone may live there between guests. All in all, a really lovely place to stay.

Small functional studio and close to the city center. Very quiet neighborhood. Philippe is very welcoming. I would recommend it in a second.
