De kampeerbungalow is een eenvoudig ingerichte overnachtingsplek voor maximaal 4 personen en bevat een tweepersoonsbed (2 matrassen van 80 cm), een eenpersoonsbed en er is een extra bed in het woonvertrek te plaatsen. De slaapvertrekken zijn door middel van een houten tussenwand van elkaar gescheiden. De bungalow is gemaakt van hout en heeft een dak gemaakt van dik (vrachtwagen) zeil zodat u ook tijdens de wat vochtigere dagen heerlijk droog in deze accommodatie kunt verblijven.

De studio is gelegen in een grote parktuin naast het bos van landgoed het Laer en toch op 10m lopen van het centrum en het NS station. Het Pieterpad en andere loop- en fietsroutes liggen voor de deur. De studio (60m2) is nieuw ingericht (2022) en heeft een compleet ingerichte keuken en badkamer. De studio is geheel privé met eigen entree.
