Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. Our rural Saxon-style vacation cottage de Wender was built in 2022 and is equipped with every comfort. The house is on the ground floor and is located on an agricultural farm. The kitchen is modern. The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom. Towels are included. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, you can enjoy nature outside on the private terrace. The terrace has a garden set and an awning. Bicycles can be stored (charged) in a private covered bicycle shed.

Our house has been built on 2 levels. The living room, dining room (conservatory), and the large terrace are on the lower level and with a height difference of 3 steps is the kitchen, the two small bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and the entrance.
