Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Our house has been built on 2 levels. The living room, dining room (conservatory), and the large terrace are on the lower level and with a height difference of 3 steps is the kitchen, the two small bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and the entrance.
