In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt außerdem der Emsauenpark (<100m), das Naturschutzgebiet Lohner Sand (<300m) und die Innenstadt (1km).

The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance. The promenade, the historic town hall and the cathedral square with its legendary market on Wednesdays and Saturdays is only about 15 minutes walk away.
