The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

Welcome to Maddie's Cottage, a renovated old bakery located in a small quiet hamlet in the countryside. The cottage can accommodate up to 7 people in its 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private bathroom. Two wood-burning stoves (living room and kitchen) ensure a warm and cozy atmosphere. Authenticity is at the heart of the cottage: exposed stones and beams, floor tiles, old bread oven, and English decoration for a stay that is both comfortable and full of character.
