We have transformed a former painting workshop into a contemporary and welcoming space, combining historic charm with modernity. Charmant gîte situé au milieu de 12 ha de nature, entre prairies et forêt pour se ballader et observer les animaux, endroit calme et reposant. Maison en pierre qui garde la fraîcheur jour et nuit. Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain.

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Take a break and relax in this little corner of nature. We are 30 minutes from Le Mans and its famous 24-hour circuit. Nearby you will find many walking and mountain biking trails (rocking forest for example). For the more adventurous, pretty villages are also to be discovered with their vineyards (Loire wines, Jasniere, Pineau d'Aunis). The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + sofa bed).
