Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Studio on the 1st floor in the center of Saint-Lô, close to all amenities and services. It is quiet, facing south with a shared terrace Essentials: -draps and towels -Dishes -micro-wave -frigo - kettle - WiFi - free parking in the blue zone in the street (2 hours), possibility of free and unlimited parking further away (no parking in the cul-de-sac). It is 800m from the train station (10min walk). Access to the A84 motorway off the city.

The cottage is perfect for visiting Bayeux, the landing beaches, Mont St Michel. Countryside stay in cozy tower drowned in a world of greenery on the edge of the village that also offers all services . ComfortNear the garden, there is a green area dedicated to relaxation, where you will find armchairs, table ,barbecue, plancha, parasol, etc. You have a large courtyard to park your vehicle. The cottage is closed from dec to end fev each year.
