The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

Bathroom with shower and toilet.  Upstairs, a first bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and a second with two single beds, separate toilet. A fenced south-facing terrace and an independent courtyard. Ideally located for walks in exotic forests, within walking distance.  1 hour from Mont Saint Michel and about 30 minutes from the landing beaches.

Serge and Catherine will be happy to prepare a good breakfast in the guest house. (specify the day before ). Restoration will be payable in addition.
